FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Midland, ON (September 2, 2016) – The Ontario SPCA Midland & District Animal Centre will be taking part in an “iAdopt Urgent Appeal” adoption blitz to help find homes for the recent influx of cats in their care.
From Saturday, Sept. 3 to Sunday, Sept. 11, ALL ADULT CATS will be available for a special adoption fee of $50 each at the Ontario SPCA Midland & District Animal Centre. The average cost of care for one cat over the course of its stay is $458. All cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, come with a gift of six weeks of pet insurance and are up to date with their vaccines.
The goal of this iAdopt Urgent Appeal is to find loving fur-ever homes for as many cats as possible. By adopting a cat, you can help ensure space becomes available for other animals in need.
“If you are able to welcome a cat into your home, please consider adopting during our iAdopt Urgent Appeal,” says Caytlynn Croisier, Midland & District Animal Centre Manager. “Our goal is to find a forever home for every cat in our care. Even if you’re not able to adopt, you can still help by telling others about our iAdopt Urgent Appeal.”
