Cat found bound in garbage can Ontario SPCA is reaching out for information from the public
The Ontario SPCA was called to Smyth Park in Etobicoke, by the Police of 12 Division, after a cat was found in a garbage can, bound by the limbs, wrapped in a pillow case and a cloth bag. The cat was found covered in an unknown purple substance. The Ontario SPCA has taken the cat to the University of Guelph for a necropsy.
The Police, the Ontario SPCA and the Etobicoke Humane Society, continue to work closely on this case and ask that if you have any information on this cat to contact the Ontario SPCA, at 1-888-668-7722, Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or Detective Falconer #1474 12 Division 416-808-1200.
