Each day in our care, Pepper has been building his confidence 🌷. His curiosity is starting to shine through, and we’re seeing more brave moments as he explores his surroundings and takes small steps toward trusting people 💕. It’s been so special watching him gather courage one paw at a time 🐾✨.
