h, hi! I'm Gunner

At 6 years old, Gunner is a handsome German Shorthaired Pointer who is ready to trade the kennel life for something much more his speed, a comfy couch, a loving family, and plenty of adventures!

Gunner grew up sharing his home with another GSP, so he may very well enjoy having another dog about his size around. If you already have a canine companion at home, bring them along for a meet and greet so we can see if these two might become the perfect adventure buddies!

Gunner is also familiar with cats. However, true to his working-breed roots, he can become a little too interested in feline friends without structure and guidance. A home that understands working breeds and is prepared to provide appropriate outlets, boundaries, enrichment, and activity will help Gunner thrive.

The busy Centre environment isn’t the ideal long-term setting for a working breed like Gunner. This boy has so much more to offer, and we think he’d be happiest with someone who is ready to get out and explore with him followed, of course, by some well deserved snuggles on the couch. ❤️
