Stella is a beautiful 1-year-old American Bulldog mix who is looking for a very special forever home.

Stella is a shy, gentle girl who needs someone willing to take things slowly and let her discover the world at her own pace. She may need a little time to feel safe and comfortable, but with patience, consistency, and a considerate approach, Stella can begin to come out of her shell and show you the wonderful dog underneath. ❤️

Her ideal home is one that is calm and quiet, with a predictable environment and no cats or children. Stella is looking for a patient handler who understands that trust takes time, someone who will allow Stella to build confidence at her own pace.

Stella may do well with another confident dog who can help show her the ropes, with proper introductions.

Stella isn’t looking for a busy household or someone who expects an instant bond. She needs a person who will quietly say, “Take all the time you need. I’m here when you’re ready.” 💗
