Dungas is a handsome 1½-year-old boy with a gentle spirit and a heart that’s well worth taking the time to discover. He enjoys being near his people, happily accepts treats from your hand, and is gradually learning that gentle pets can be enjoyable too. While he’s still a little cautious about being touched, he simply needs a patient family who will let him build trust at his own pace.
As his confidence grows, Dungas is beginning to show his calm, sweet, and affectionate personality. He would thrive in a quiet, understanding home where his boundaries are respected and he’s given the time and space to feel secure.
Being a large rabbit, Dungas needs plenty of room to hop, stretch, binky, and explore. His ideal home will provide lots of supervised free-roam time and be committed to meeting his rabbit-specific needs. Like all rabbits, he should have unlimited fresh hay, measured pellets, fresh water, and only occasional treats to help keep him healthy.
Because he’s still gaining confidence with handling, Dungas would do best in a calm home without young children or dogs and cats. A peaceful environment will give him the time and space he needs to continue building confidence and forming a trusting bond with his family.
