Ebby is a lovely 4-year-old spayed female who may not show her true personality right away at the animal centre, but don’t let that fool you. While in foster care, she absolutely thrived. She proved herself to be an affectionate, sweet, and happy girl who loves being around people and enjoys spending time with her family.
