Meet Gambit 🐾
Gambit is a high-energy, fun-loving dog who would thrive with an experienced owner who understands canine behaviour and is committed to helping him continue to build confidence.

He is fearful of men and can be nervous in new environments, so he needs a patient home willing to give him time, space, and positive experiences as he adjusts. Because of his sensitivity, he would do best in a quiet home with no children or other animals where he can feel secure and have his person’s full attention.

When excited or unsure, Gambit can be jumpy and mouthy, but he responds very well to positive-reinforcement training. With consistency, patience, and clear boundaries, he has the potential to make wonderful progress.

Once he feels comfortable, his playful and energetic personality really shines. He loves being active and absolutely loves the water! He would make a great companion for someone who enjoys outdoor adventures and is looking for a dog to keep up with an active lifestyle.

Gambit is looking for an experienced adopter who will give him the time and understanding he needs to build trust and confidence.
