Meet Remi! This sweet one-year-old Coonhound mix is ready to leave her outdoor days behind and discover all the wonderful things that come with being a loved and spoiled family dog.

Remi is a happy, energetic girl with a big heart and plenty of personality. She spent much of her time outside before coming into our care, so she’s still learning about all the cozy comforts of indoor life. She’s quickly discovering that a soft, warm bed is a pretty wonderful place to be, and we can’t wait to see her continue to settle in and enjoy everything she’s been missing.

With her Coonhound roots, Remi has plenty of energy and would love a family who can keep her busy with walks, playtime, exploring, and lots of opportunities to use her curious mind. She’s the kind of girl who would likely enjoy being part of the action and then curling up for some well-earned snuggles afterward.

Remi has previously lived with children, cats, and other dogs, so she has experience sharing her home with a variety of furry and human companions. As with any adoption, introductions should be done thoughtfully and at a comfortable pace.

This sweet girl has so much life ahead of her, and she deserves a family who will show her just how wonderful life can be. If you’re looking for an affectionate, energetic companion who is ready to learn, explore, and become your best friend, Remi would love to meet you!
