No Hot Pets
About No Hot Pets
Every summer, animals suffer — and even lose their lives — after being left unattended in parked vehicles.
On warm days, the temperature inside cars, trucks, RVs, camper trailers and other parked vehicles can rise to deadly levels within minutes, even if they’re parked in the shade or the windows are open. Animals left outside without access to shade and water are also at serious risk.
Speak up and take action to protect animals this summer!
From June 22, 2026 – August 31, 2026 The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society invites animal lovers like you to join our No Hot Pets campaign and help raise awareness.
