Neuter Scooter is a monthly service for cats and dogs that provides accessible transportation to and from partner spay/neuter clinics to provide spay/neuter and wellness services. Neuter Scooter is currently being offered in the following communities: Orangeville, Whitby, Brockville, Napanee, Cornwall and Pembroke.
