This Halloween inspired outdoor market will feature local vendors brewing up spooktacular goods and ghoulishly good services, pet portraits by donation, meet and greets with pawsitively adorable adoptable animals, a pet costume contest sponsored by our friends at Paulmac’s Napanee and so much more — all in support of our mission to help animals in need!
