by | Campaigns |

Lee Thompson has been volunteering with the Ontario SPCA Renfrew County Animal Centre for over 20 years.

Through a variety of roles including fundraising, admin, grooming, and fostering, Lee is an integral part of the team at the animal centre.

National Volunteer Week

National Volunteer Week (NVW) is a time to celebrate and thank Canada’s 12.7 million volunteers. “It’s time to applaud this country’s volunteers”  that’s the  theme of this year’s National Volunteer Week, and it’s a great reminder of the kudos due.

The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society has over 700 volunteers across the province helping animals every year. We are so thankful for all of their hard work to provide the best care for animals waiting for their homes!

Speaking for the ones who can’t speak for themselves

Keep up the good work speaking for the ones who can’t speak for themselves. A society who cares for their animals is a better society.  Thanks for your good work!
