Employee Giving Program
The Ontario SPCA and Humane Society wants to emPAWer employees to support animals across Ontario! Employee giving helps team members feel more connected to their workplace by supporting their community and engaging in meaningful ways to give back.
There are a variety of ways to get involved with employee giving and companies can choose the way that works best for them and their team. Increasing employee engagement and boosting job satisfaction, all while helping animals in need, is a win-win!
Ways to Give Back
Donations (Including Payroll Deductions)
This easy way to give back includes options to give a one-time or recurring donation from your payroll. Utilizing a giving platform such as Benevity or Bright Funds means you have a safe and secure way to support animals in need.
Corporate Matching
When companies match donations made by their employees, they double their impact! Not only does matching gifts incentivize employees to give more, it shows employees that their company is interested in supporting the causes that matter most to their team members. Share Proceeds From Events/Sales
Let your community know your business supports animals by utilizing cause marketing. With a portion of proceeds from the sale of products or services, you can give back and encourage your customers to do the same!
