The Process

Application – We strive to make your journey from application to your first day as smooth and welcoming as possible. Explore our open positions, and if you find one that resonates with you, please submit your resume and cover letter through ADP. A member of our HR team will review your application and contact you if you meet our criteria.  

Interview – Our interview process consists of two stages: an initial screening followed by an interview with the hiring manager. After the initial screening, if your application is selected, we’ll arrange your second interview with the hiring manager.  

Onboarding – On your first day, you’ll receive a warm welcome from your manager and your new team. We recognize that starting a new role can be overwhelming, so we ensure you have ample time to acclimate and settle in comfortably.

The video of the dog and bird (Joy and Heron) was really loved and at the end one boy put up his hand and simply said “reciprocity” – this is a word they are working on in class and described this video perfectly. The teacher was thrilled he recognized this and he “got a point” because of it.
