Ruby the Bull Terrier Flourishes in New Home

by | Happy Tails |

Ruby was one of the Bull Terriers that recently came into the care of the Ontario SPCA Renfrew County Branch. While she was at the shelter, staff and volunteers worked patiently with her to help her become more confident.

The staff  knew the adjustment from breeding dog to companion dog would take some work and made sure to find Ruby the perfect family, willing to put the time and patience needed into helping her.

We’re proud to report that Ruby is doing very well in her forever home!

When Ruby first came into the shelter, she wouldn’t go outside and would just huddle in fear. After a few weeks in her new home, Ruby gets excited to go outside for her daily 30-45 min walks!
